Detail Itinerary Of Nepal Tour
Day 01: Kathmandu One Day Sightseeing on a private vehicle.
Today, the first day of our Nepal tour, we will start our sightseeing Kathmandu trip from 9 Am as usual after having breakfast. There will be a tour guide waiting for you at your hotel lobby. You can introduce with him/her, and start exploring Kathmandu on a private car/van/bus. Climb up to the impressive Swayambhunath complex (also known as the monkey temple) with its stupa, shrines and temples where you can take a break from the city and look out over Kathmandu and its valley. Later, visit the gorgeous Kathmandu Durbar Square.
After which you will visit Pashupatinath biggest Hindu temple. It locates on the banks of the Bagmati River. It is a famous and sacred Hindu temple. One of the major festivals that the temple celebrates is Maha Shivaratri. Next will be Buddha, the most significant stupa in Nepal. It is an essential place of pilgrimage and meditation for Tibetan Buddhists & local Nepalis. It is also one of the UNESCO World Heritage Site. Sightseeing will typically be finished at 4 pm. After which you can do some shopping in Kathmandu with our guide if needed.
Day 02: Drive to Pokhara(900m) – 7 hours, in a Tourist Bus.
Today we will take a drive to Pokhara early in the morning via Prithivi national highway. The bus to Pokhara leaves at around 7 am. The journey could take roughly 8 hours to reach Pokhara. We also have the option to choose a flight from Kathmandu to Pokhara(35 minutes). We will stay overnight at Hotel in Pokhara.
Day 03: Pokhara One Day Sightseeing on a private vehicle.
Today, the third day of our Nepal tour, we will start our sightseeing Pokhara trip from 9 Am as usual after having breakfast. There will be a tour guide waiting for you at your hotel lobby. You can introduce with him/her, and start exploring Kathmandu on a private car/van/bus. We will visit Davi’s Fall, a lovely waterfall. When the water reached the bottom, it will form an underground tunnel. There is a luck pond around there. You will be to try your luck by throwing and placing the coin on the statue of God.
Next will be Nepal famous cave, Gupteswor Mahadev Cave. There is a rumour saying it is the longest cave in Nepal. There is a crystal clear pond in the cave. If you want to see Devi’s fall falling right from the top, this will be the place. We will be visiting the major attraction of the tour which is the Barahi temple which stands in the middle of the water. You will be canoeing across the glistening waters of Phewa Lake to reach the temple. If you happened to go on a Saturday, you would get to see worshippers carrying male animals for sacrifice. These places are for those who have only one day in Pokhara. If you have more holiday, you can even explore the beauty of Pokhara from different places.
Day 04: Drive from Pokhara to Chitwan – 7 hours. Overnight at Hotel.
Early morning our representative will pick you from your hotel to the tourist bus park. After arriving at Chitwan, Our representative picks you from bus stop to hotel. You will get to have some refreshment. At the same time, there will be some briefing on the program on the following day. We will be doing a tour at Tharu village after lunch. It will be a great experience for learning the culture and lifestyle of Tharus. The next stop will be at the Chitwan National Park Visitor Center. You will get to learn more about the history of the National Park and the local wildlife. Don’t miss the beautiful the sunset from the banks of the Rapti River. Have a chance to participate in a Tharu cultural dance with the local villagers or a slideshow presentation about Chitwan. After dinner, get a good rest for the next day trip.
Day 05: Explore Chitwan National Park. Overnight at Hotel.
After breakfast, get ready for a day full of safari activities in the Royal Chitwan National Park. Take a canoe trip along the Rapti River. Don’t miss this excellent chance for bird watching and for seeing the two rare species of crocodiles which is the Marsh Mugger and the fish eating Gharial. Enter the jungle and search for the park’s elusive and amazing Rhinos, Royal Bengal Tigers, leopards, monkeys, crocodiles and more. Bring your camera along to grab this rare opportunity to capture the photograph of this wildlife. Don’t miss the elephant bathing in the river.
After lunch, hope on the jeep and have a great trip of jeep safari. You will have an excellent opportunity to see different kinds of deer, rhinoceros, wild boar, monkey, leopard, sloth bear and the Royal Bengal Tiger. There will be many other smaller mammals that have made Chitwan their home. Before dinner, enjoy the Tharu cultural dance presentation or the slideshow presentation. You will have a chance to sleep overnight just outside the park.
Day 06: Drive to Lumbini. Overnight at Hotel.
We will be driving to Lumbini. The trip will take 4-5 hours on a bus. After arriving and check in to the hotel, and being fresh, we will be strolling around in the local market to have a glimpse of local lifestyles.
Day 07: Lumbini One Day Sightseeing. Overnight at Hotel.
We will be touring Lumbini today. First will be visiting the Mayadevi temple which is built on the exact place where Buddha was born. Mayadevi temple gets the name from the Buddha mother. We will move to Lumbini Park. You will get to see different monasteries, temples, parks and all in a rickshaw. The main attraction in Lumbini park is the synchronized water fountain and the floral clock. If you enjoy the boat ride, there are boat facilities at the Lumbini Park Jetty for tourist.
Day 08: Drive back to Kathmandu – 8 hours. Overnight at Hotel.
The last day of your Nepal tour, we will back to Kathmandu, we will catch the tourist bus early in the morning to go Kathmandu.
